Separated 2 times of remittance over Paypal; the 1st part of underline and the 2nd part of underline
Expense details (amounts round up):
Basic shopping services include:
- Online store shopping (not including FB, Blog and biding)
- Checking volumes and make sure the right product, not involving defective inspection
- Repacking the original package from Seller
The first payment
- Including Product cost + Service fee + Inland freight + Bank/ Paypal handling charges
- Service fee: 10%; Minimum service charge is NT$100 when the overall product costs are less than NT$1,000
- Inland freight: Charged by Seller; when there is no inland freight incurred, ignore this item
- Bank/ Paypal handling charges: when Seller only accept T/T, charged by bank + Paypal handling charge (amount X 4.4% ) + NT$10
- Buyer must settle the first payment within 48 hours when Blackwell sends the estimation to Buyer.
- Orders will be placed within 1 day after the receipt of payment. Yet, when a product is out of stock, Buyer can decide if he/ she want to wait or refund. When choosing a refund, Buyer needs to take care of the expenses incurred from 3rd parties including bank & paypal expenses and others.
The 2nd payment
- Including International freight + Paypal handling charge
- Freight depends on the destination and package weight and measurements
- Package(s) will be delivered within 1 business day when the 2nd payment is received. Shipping document will be provided after the packaged is shipped
Add-on service charge
**Buyer should check if the goods is prohibited importing in destination country. Tariff might be charged and is at Buyer's cost.
Insurance
1. It is required to have an insurance for commodities for international shipment for the countries including USA, Australia, Philippines etc.
2. Fee: NT$20 for commodity value under NT$1,000; extra NT$20 for each thousands when the value is over NT$1,000
3. The maximum insurance value for EMS is NT$50,000
