介紹美味台灣特產,有些可能耳熟能詳。今天先小小的介紹一些~

 

Some specialties might be well known.  Personally, I sincerely recommend them.  Only a few of them will be introduced today.

 

- 福源花生醬  Peanut butter  NT$150

傳統手工製成,味道濃郁,別於人工調味出來的花生醬。和一般買場花生醬比較味道就是天然。 分顆粒和滑順兩種。這是官網所建議:

使用時必須先攪拌,把油攪拌混和,沉澱的話生醬才不會太硬唷

保存方:
常溫最佳賞味期夏天1個月、冬天兩個月內。
冷藏可至半年(但不建議放置這麼久)

 

 

It's a traditional hand-made peanut butter with strong natural taste that is different from other peanut butters with chemical ingredients.  It has two flavors, granule one and tiny granule one.  The producer recommended as below:

Stir it before use it to mix up oil and peanut butter together.

Best tast before:

1 month in summer and 2 months in winter.  It can be stored in refrig for 6 months (not recommend storing it in such a long time)

 

 

- 米提爾牛軋糖  Mitir nougat    NT$160

很怕分享出來會被打。。。已經夠難訂,可是真的很好吃,不甜。奶香濃郁,包的是杏仁。剛買來時會比較軟,漸漸會變硬-->正常現象,不影響味道。保存期: 1個月

 

I'm hesitating on sharing it as it needs to queue to reserve it especially in some festivals.  It tastes great with strong creamy flavor and almonds. It will gradually get stiffer that it is a natural phenomenon.  Expiration: 1 month.

 

 

 

 

- 木侖花生糖 Muloon peanut brittle  NT$230  Facebook link only

木侖杏仁糖 Muloon almond brittle NT$320  Facebook link only

花生糖和杏仁糖都不甜,一直深受團購歡迎。一些年節時也是大排長龍,臉書的照片就是過年時(每年唷)的光景。其他口味也都好吃,但這兩種是大部份人都會帶的。

 

The brittles are not chewy and popular for group buying.  Again, in some special festivals, they're not avaible unless reserved them earlier or customers need to purchase them at its physical shop.  The cover picture of its facebook happens in lunar new year (EVERY YEAR).  Other flavors are good to test as I listed 2 most popular ones.
